Like many new dentists, I worked for years as an associate for other offices, but had always aspired to someday have my own dental practice. When I finally opened my first office, I made a multitude of mistakes. However, I did not give up. I wrote copious notes about my experiences and analyzed every mistake. From what I learned, I have been able to build a successful dental business with multiple locations. Today, I have almost 50 co-workers, including multiple full and part-time doctors. I no longer stress about dentistry, I enjoy it and now I want to share what I’ve learned with you.
